The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will be responsible for leading the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with our Customer Listening Team, Product and Process Owners, and Agile teams in Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method

### Essential Qualifications
