As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls from residential and reputed company customers regarding their waste and recycling services. Key Responsibilities
* Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a reputed company manner (75 to 120 per day)
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and reputed company solutions

Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum one year of Call Center experience
