Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Processing billing calls, investigating reputed company reads, and resolving billing accuracy or payment issues
• Handling emergency calls, providing reputed company support, and escalating reputed company issues to senior representatives
• Processing customer reputed company-ins, adds, and transfers, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Routing escalated customer issues for reputed company, collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company problems
• Making referrals and processing requests regarding special programs, such as Energy Assistance, CRISIS, Dollar Energy, or other programs
• Processing order inquiry calls, initiating service orders, and providing service order status updates

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, reputed company, and systems
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (Word Per Minute)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• For bilingual candidates: must pass bilingual aptitude test (Spanish)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of call center experience

• 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
