About arenaflex Customer Engineers
arenaflex Customer Engineers (CEs) play a critical role in introducing or reinforcing the reputed company-first, reputed company-reputed company reputed company to our customers. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will be both a technical subject matter expert and a creative reputed company for customer-reputed company solutions. You will introduce a modern approach to productivity and product delivery to those customers, working closely with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), reputed company subject matter experts (SMEs), and reputed company Managers (CSMs).
Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with new and existing customers on business and technical requirements, with a reputed company on reputed company solutions (IaaS, PaaS, reputed company, hybrid reputed company)
- Providing reputed company and post sales expertise in one or more of our GCP service offerings: Data & Analytics, AI & ML, reputed company reputed company Development & App Modernization, Migration, reputed company Workspace
- Designing and scoping solution architectures and reputed company spend resource usage estimates for customers, delivering solution diagrams, implementation plans, budgets, and reputed company services statements of work (SOW)
- Building or supporting rapid reputed company-of-concepts (POCs) and reputed company of value experiments
- Writing, refactoring, and optimizing new or existing solutions to create fast, easy-to-use, production applications
- Deploying software and solutions to reputed company infrastructure in a repeatable way
- Educating customers through reputed company product training, and by influencing them towards modern CI/CD engineering habits
- Conducting interactive sessions for troubleshooting problems, recommending best practices, and technical Q&A
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-8 years experience in software engineering or a similar field
- Experience building and deploying production-grade reputed company solutions in a virtualized environment such as reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP), reputed company), reputed company Azure, or similar platform
- Proficient in at least one of: Java, C#, C, Python, Go, modern JavaScript
