Medication Management Informaticist - Remote
Job reputed company The Pharmacist Informatics position serves as a strategic business partner to clinical informatics and reputed company for creating technical solutions to medication reputed company problems and improvements. They participate and support the analysis, feasibility, selection, implementation, maintenance & support of medication management reputed company HIT systems. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree (or Pharmacy BS degree if graduated before 2000).

AND
- Completion of an accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in pharmacy informatics;
OR
- Accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency AND 2-years applicable* pharmacy informatics or pharmacy reputed company experience;
OR
- A minimum of 4-years applicable* pharmacy informatics or pharmacy reputed company experience.
- Applicable experience includes providing reputed company services in clinical informatics and pharmacy reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of an informatics reputed company certification or advanced degree program
- Deep understanding of core pharmacy operations and has developed expertise in managing end - end medication use management supporting systems.
- Experience with leading multidisciplinary teams and reputed company and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Qualifications

- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and data reputed company applications.
License and Certification
