What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to database availability and performance.

What You Have Done Technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience working with relational databases.
- Solid understanding of Linux OS fundamentals.
- Proficient in reputed company usage (e.g., less, nano, vim, grep, cd, df, top, ls, etc.).

- Understanding of system performance concepts (I/O, load, CPU, RAM, disk usage).

- Deep understanding of replication models, including GTID-based replication.

Working Hours We operate on a Follow the Sun support model with four global shifts. This position covers the EMEA shift (based in UTC time zone):

- US East shift: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM UTC
