Job reputed company reputed company is seeking a motivated and reputed company New Mexico Traffic Engineering State Manager (Hybrid) for immediate placement in our Albuquerque or Santa Fe, New Mexico office to reputed company our Traffic / ITS engineering services. This is or could be a hybrid role, providing the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. This position will work closely with local leadership to grow an existing traffic/ITS team to service a reputed company of clients based in New Mexico. Responsibilities include development of traffic/ITS business, management of reputed company, reputed company, staff development, reputed company relationships, and coordination with peers in reputed company’s surface transportation business line. reputed company works with local and national clients to reputed company solutions to their transportation needs. Position Responsibilities and duties include:

• Traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, traffic simulation, and conceptual planning/design
• Plan sheets, specifications & estimates, technical memoranda, reports, presentations and other project documentation

• Serve in various roles on traffic/ITS reputed company, or tasks as project manager, technical leader, expert advisor, or reputed company control
• reputed company participate in reputed company’s production of technical deliverables ranging from plans, specifications, estimates, reports, memorandums, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field and minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience, or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• (12) + years of relevant experience
• Experience with Traffic Engineering reputed company and clients in the New Mexico
• Experience with ITS or Emerging Technology reputed company and clients in New Mexico
• Experience in business development activities including preparing project proposals and firm marketing
• reputed company Engineer license in New Mexico, or the ability to obtain license reputed company 6 months
• Experience and familiarity with traffic operational analysis including traffic projections, analysis, and simulation; traffic safety analysis, traffic signal warrants, traffic signal and pedestrian crossing control system analysis, and design; and traffic signing and pavement marking analysis and design, MOT analysis and design
• Experience and familiarity with ITS and technology reputed company following the systems engineering process and local reputed company requirements

• Design Build experience
• Familiar with or knowledge of: MicroStation, Synchro, VISSIM or other similar applications
