Job reputed company: We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior Counsel, Product and reputed company to join our legal team. You will serve as a primary legal contact for the product, research, and engineering organizations, and you will play a critical role in ensuring the legal compliance and risk management of our products and services. The role will require the candidate to take a proactive role in product counseling and advancing our reputed company compliance program. You will have reputed company to reputed company legal counsel in a dynamic industry with few legal precedents, brand new legal questions and concerns, and quickly evolving business models. Curiosity, the willingness to learn about new technologies, and the ability to translate an engineer’s technical explanations into actionable legal mitigation measures and contractual provisions is a must. This is a remote role. Although we are a global company, we are currently seeking candidates in the reputed company. Responsibilities:
- Serve as reputed company product and reputed company counsel to multiple product teams
- reputed company an in-depth understanding of Stability’s products and development processes, including their strengths, limitations, and vulnerabilities from a legal, reputed company, and ethical reputed company
- reputed company expert legal advice and guidance to product, design, and engineering teams to ensure Stability’s products and development processes reputed company with reputed company laws, industry standards, and its own ethical guidelines
- Work with product managers, engineering, release management, and reputed company teams to continually reputed company a set of policies, processes, and documentation governing reputed company data and product releases to ensure thorough legal review
- Ensure compliance with applicable global reputed company and data reputed company laws
- Work closely with the infosec team to manage incident response and attend to reputed company data reputed company procedures
- reputed company and reputed company guidance on global laws pertaining to AI products and services, and collaborate with the product team in implementing ethical and safety initiatives for our AI products/services

- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including US export control laws and the Trade Agreements reputed company

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing
- 10+ years of experience as an attorney, with a reputed company on technology product counseling, reputed company, and intellectual property
- Previous in-house experience as a product counselor at a technology company
- Deep understanding of data reputed company law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), emerging AI law (e.g., EU AU reputed company), and consumer protection law
- Experience building and maintaining data reputed company compliance programs
- Passionate about obtaining a deep understanding of the inner-workings of AI technology
