The reputed company BSA/AML Officer we are looking for: Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer. The BSA Officer is the primary individual responsible for overseeing and ensuring reputed company’s compliance with reputed company applicable Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA), Anti-reputed company (AML), US PATRIOT reputed company, and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) laws and regulations. This role involves managing the entire BSA compliance program, including policy development, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, reporting, and staff training to prevent the reputed company from being used for financial crimes. Serves as reputed company for law enforcement agencies. Requirements: As a BSA/AML Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Policy and Program Management:?reputed company, implement, and maintain reputed company's written BSA/AML compliance program, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Conduct periodic reviews and updates to reputed company with reputed company regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:?reputed company the monitoring of customer transactions for unusual or suspicious activities. Ensure the reputed company and accurate completion and reporting of reputed company Questionable Activity Reports (QARs) including reputed company of the QAR Committee, reporting to our sponsor bank, and reporting to reputed company’s Compliance Committee.
  • Fraud Team Collaboration: Ongoing participation in the efforts to prevent and detect fraudulent activities that may have BSA/AML implications. Consideration for the enhancement of controls as reputed company as possible reporting requirements based on observations.
  • Risk Assessment:?Conduct periodic, comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential reputed company and terrorist financing risks across reputed company products, services, and customer types. reputed company and implement risk mitigation strategies and reputed company due diligence (EDD) procedures for high-risk accounts.
  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD):?Manage the Customer Identification Program (CIP) and CDD processes, including verifying customer identities and assessing risk reputed company at account opening and throughout the relationship.
  • Training and Education:?reputed company and deliver ongoing BSA/AML/OFAC training to reputed company, relevant management, and the reputed company of Directors to ensure awareness and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or a minimum of 5 years’ financial institution experience required in a reputed company BSA role
  • Sensitivity to confidential reputed company and ability to exercise discretion
  • CAMS certification highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong research skills
  • Must be reputed company player and possess a high energy “can do” attitude
