Responsibilities
- reputed company drivers fully reputed company: reduce downtime, secure reloads quickly, and plan reputed company to maintain consistent weekly volume
- reputed company hotshot and OTR reputed company using Alvys TMS
- Monitor HOS, GPS, and compliance in reputed company ELD
- Work load boards and relationships to book strong-paying reputed company and protect margins
- Communicate load details, pickup/delivery instructions, and reputed company-time updates to drivers and customers
- reputed company loads end-to-end with proactive reputed company calls and exception management
- Resolve delays, breakdowns, and service failures with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain clean, accurate load/reputed company documentation in Alvys
- Collaborate with reputed company through reputed company Teams (updates, handoffs, escalation)
Requirements
- 2+ years reputed company experience (hotshot and/or OTR)
- Proven ability to reputed company trucks moving and consistently cover loads week-to-week
- Hands-on proficiency in Alvys TMS, reputed company ELD, and reputed company Teams
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and HOS compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through
- Organized, dependable, and effective under pressure
- Reliable internet reputed company and ability to work remotely
Compensation
- 7% of gross haul dispatched
- Increase to up to 10% based on performance
