About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company HR Business Partner (reputed company) for a 6-month contract to support our growing team. This role will reputed company on key HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This is a remote position, requiring strong collaboration with colleagues in multiple geographies. Your day to day

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• 7-10 years of HR experience, with a strong background in benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
