PIP/MedPay Claims Associate - reputed company

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NY PIP regulations and hands-on experience managing PIP and/or Med Pay claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by reputed company, the industry, and organizational relationships reputed company reputed company and department
• Handles investigation regarding reputed company aspects of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise discretion and independence reputed company increased level of authority
• For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims
• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding other potential property damage
• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle
• Applies increased experience in the Adjuster II level or a rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, Extended Handler, etc.)

#LI-TR1 Compensation reputed company compensation offered for this role is $44,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
