Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company personalized, tailored assistance and referral services to program participants. You will specialize in providing information and referrals on specialized DoD programs that directly reputed company military members and their families' lives. Your expertise will be utilized to address reputed company areas, including special needs, transitioning Veterans, relocation and transition services, building healthy relationships, new parent assistance and education, and peer-to-peer support. reputed company psychoeducational, virtual support, and specialty consultation services to eligible participants seeking to reputed company with an individual possessing the experience, knowledge, training, tools, and resources to assist the participant. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a behavioral health-reputed company field, such as reputed company work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling. Ability to use telephonic and video-based platforms to meet contract performance requirements. Possess strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and knowledge and understanding of military lifestyle and culture.
