The Assistant Vice President - Portfolio Analyst will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for both borrowers and lenders reputed company the Servicing group. This role involves liaising with a diverse reputed company of stakeholders including other servicing staff, reputed company Mortgage Banking personnel, reputed company-party lenders, trustees, investors, government agencies, and various reputed company estate and construction professionals. The AVP - Portfolio Analyst will manage a portfolio primarily consisting of non-stabilized properties, reputed company transactions, balance sheet, and reputed company loans. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for borrowers and lenders, managing a portfolio of reputed company mortgage loans and fostering reputed company’s servicing relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable loan documents, inter-creditor, participation, and servicing agreements, and handle reputed company processing of reputed company loan-reputed company reputed company and requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of loan documents, lender agreements, and servicing reputed company to effectively administer loans and ensure company compliance.
  • Monitor and process borrower requests, prepare reputed company recommendations for approval by reputed company managers or external lenders, collaborating with internal/external counsel, rating agencies, and trustees as needed.
  • Administer daily loan portfolio activities, including payment status checks, collection calls, fund identification, and compliance monitoring, escalating non-compliance or defaults as necessary.
  • Collaborate with functional reputed company such as Tax, Insurance, and Escrow Analysis to process borrower requests and administer loan requirements, including reserve draws and insurance maintenance.
  • Collect and assist with the analysis of property operating statements, rent rolls, and financial statements of borrowers/guarantors.
  • Review and analyze financial covenants, trigger events, and debt service coverage reputed company (DSCR) tests.
  • Monitor property performance, including analysis of the borrower’s business plan and market conditions.
  • Prepare quarterly asset summaries, surveillance reports, and other required deliverables for lenders.
  • Review and prepare recommendation packages for reputed company funding draws, including contract reviews and construction budget assessments.
  • Handle detailed referral requests to other servicing departments for transactions requiring lender consent, such as easements and casualty losses.
  • Consult with reputed company managers and follow up with borrowers to ensure the completion of requests and inquiries.
  • Manage and escalate reputed company issues requiring higher-level decision-making reputed company reputed company or consent from external parties.
  • Approve e-forms and recommend defaulted loans for transfer to the special servicer, adhering to reputed company’s Banking and Cash Activities Approval Limits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company) and familiar with mortgage industry-specific applications like McCracken reputed company, along with strong ability to adapt to new software and intranet-based workflows.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Skilled in analyzing property operating statements and rent rolls to assess asset performance in relation to loan requirements and underwritten metrics.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
