Position reputed company The Staff Property Accountant is responsible for full-cycle reputed company for a portfolio of 8–10 multifamily properties. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining general reputed company reputed company, and supporting property operations teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for assigned properties, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash reputed company reports

• Review and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable activity for accuracy
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and reputed company explanations to leadership
• Maintain supporting schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, reputed company deposits, and loan balances
• Assist with annual budgets and forecast updates for assigned properties
• Reconcile property operating accounts and monitor cash reputed company
• Assist with CAM/TIC reconciliations, annual audits, and lender compliance reporting
• Partner with Property Management teams to verify financial accuracy

• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency

Qualifications

Required

• 2–5 years of reputed company experience (property reputed company strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual reputed company
• Proficiency with reputed company (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines across multiple properties
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-starter reputed company with ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field Preferred
