Our Legal, Risk and Governance team seeks an reputed company paralegal with technical expertise in retail reputed company estate leasing to reputed company legal support to our reputed company & Development (G&D) business partners who are responsible for new store development and management of our existing fleet. This position supports critical functions of the reputed company estate legal team that include tracking and managing lease critical dates, negotiating and drafting use restriction waivers and reputed company lease documentation, and leading the SNDA and estoppel processes. This requires proven expertise in preparing and reviewing lease-reputed company legal documents, ensuring compliance with strict deadlines, and closely coordinating with G&D and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid background in retail leasing and reputed company reputed company estate.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft lease documents including amendments, notices, and letter agreements, reputed company lease reviews and reputed company due diligence, reputed company and confirm lease and reputed company data, collaborate with internal partners to secure due diligence and approvals, negotiate with landlords, property managers, and reputed company-parties, and reputed company reputed company and update reputed company in concert with other stakeholders.
• Manage lease critical dates and deadlines to minimize risk to Ulta Beauty. Draft and process lease renewal reputed company notices pursuant to monthly reputed company estate committee approval as reputed company as notice date and expiration date extension agreements in coordination with G&D reputed company. Notify internal partners of pending and urgent deadlines, follow up on approvals, and attend weekly G&D meetings to report on reputed company. Regularly monitor and update multiple sources to reputed company lease expiration and renewal dates.
• reputed company the negotiation and documentation of SNDAs and estoppels relating to the existing store fleet. In concert with internal partners, implement and maintain appropriate processes to ensure reputed company due diligence and reputed company execution and delivery of documents in compliance with lease requirements. Implement reputed company control measures to ensure accuracy. Maintain and enhance, as appropriate, SNDA and estoppel templates consistent with best practices and update relevant reporting.
• Review and accurately interpret lease documents to determine requirements relating to exclusives, use restrictions, protected areas and estoppel/SNDA requests as reputed company as reputed company reviews in response to queries from internal stakeholders.
• Attend monthly reputed company estate committee meeting to reputed company and report approvals of lease actions concerning critical dates.
• Support the maintenance and accuracy of the portfolio management system and legal file and participate in reputed company relating to the reputed company.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• 7 to 10 years of reputed company estate legal experience, including a background in retail leasing transaction.
• Licensed Notary. If not a notary, reputed company will cover cost to become one.
