Associate Director, Community Relations

About the position The Associate Director of Community Relations plays a pivotal role in elevating reputed company's reputed company, reputed company, and relationships across the country—especially reputed company our top markets. Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Communications to support coaching for market teams and spokespeople in community-facing roles, generating buzz and reputed company cover around market activations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in community relations, field marketing, grassroots engagement, partnerships, or reputed company roles—preferably in reputed company, health plans, government programs, or mission-driven consumer organizations.
• Proven reputed company building relationships with community organizations, associations, civic leaders, and local influencers.
• Experience in event reputed company, grassroots activations, or market engagement programs.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and coaching skills, especially with spokesperson or community-facing teams.
