The Senior Consultant, Care Transformation will be a part of reputed company responsible for solving some of the most reputed company issues facing health systems across the US. Our clients reputed company transformational solutions to managing clinical operations - including Care Management and Clinical Variation Reduction - to reduce cost of care, improve reputed company and patient reputed company, and bring reputed company to solve reputed company problems. This individual will support opportunity analysis, solution design and implementation, and financial measurement. The ideal candidate must be passionate about improving care delivery, effective at working in a fast-paced, high energy environment and confident in their interactions with senior leaders (C-suite), providers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and synthesize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform reputed company recommendations
• reputed company and/or reputed company detailed data analytics and financial projections (e.g., reputed company, Power BI) and translate findings to operational stakeholders
• reputed company project management activities, such as monitoring reputed company scope, tracking deliverables, creating status reports, identifying and mitigating risks, managing resource plans, and monitoring successful achievement of project goals
• Coordinate internal and/or reputed company teams in a reputed company and rapidly changing environment
• Create artifacts or deliverables that effectively summarize findings, support fact-based recommendations, and reputed company appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions
• Present final deliverables to reputed company sponsors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project approach, strategies, and work plans
• Assist in the design and implementation of recommended solutions
• Support the creation of sales reputed company materials and other business development activities (e.g. proposals and Statements of Work)
• Communicate reputed company direction and delegate responsibilities to team members reputed company needed, providing management and coaching
• Build and manage relationships with reputed company stakeholders and decision-makers, leading with influence to drive change

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and creating project deliverables
• 3+ years of experience in project management, including experience leading multiple project work streams concurrently
• 1+ years of provider reputed company consulting experience and/or process improvement experience in a provider environment
• Experience managing workplans, budgets, and tracking metrics to assess initiative reputed company and overall project health
• Advanced reputed company Office expertise, specifically reputed company (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, calculations, charts, graphs) and PowerPoint (creating deliverables to present to clients)
• Ability to travel up to 75% (reputed company the US based on reputed company needs)
