Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- B.S. or PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Minimum 10 years of pharmacy experience.
- Proven experience leading clinical transformation initiatives and interdisciplinary teams.

- Compliance certification or residency training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Health Administration or reputed company graduate degree.
- 3+ years of specialty or home infusion experience.
- 3–5 years of management experience.
