Licensed Counselor - Part time, fully remote - Part-time

reputed company CT Institute For Communities, Inc. / CIFC Health is seeking to hire CT licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to reputed company community-based therapy to CIFC Health adult and pediatric patients. Therapist will reputed company remote / tele treatment to clients. This position will be part time evening and/ or weekends, schedules will be based on clinicians availability after 3pm and on weekends. Clinician will reputed company diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, reputed company care plan with clients and their families, offers individual, family, or group therapy as appropriate, conduct care coordination, and documents reputed company clinical interventions in accordance with CIFC Health policy and state regulatory expectations. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES CLINICAL

• Completes initial behavioral health evaluations; individual, group and family psychotherapy with children and/or adults in an outpatient clinic.
• Consults with providers reputed company and reputed company reputed company regarding the treatment plan and reputed company of the patients.
• Coordinates as needed with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic and consultative needs; refers as necessary for medication management.
• Attends clinical Team Meetings as assigned
• Meets productivity standards as outlined annually during employee's performance appraisal review with a reputed company on reputed company clinical care.
• Encourages clients to reputed company their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, helping them to reputed company reputed company into themselves or their relationships.

• Completes and locks reputed company treatment notes no reputed company than 72 hours following visit.
• Completes reports as required for reputed company agencies such as DCF, Family Relations, probation, and others with appropriate releases signed by clients.
• Participates as a member of agency wide committees as assigned.

Requirements

• Must hold reputed company CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH.
