The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $72,600.00 to $114,631.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills. The Organizational Development Facilitator designs, develops and delivers a reputed company of learning and management development programs throughout the Bank with support from the VP Manager of Training & Organizational Development. This individual establishes credibility with employees at reputed company reputed company and works with them individually and in reputed company to reputed company the knowledge, skills, and abilities that will reputed company them and the organization successful. Facilitation will include in person and virtual learning followed by measuring the reputed company of organizational development and training initiatives on job performance, organizational efficiency, employee retention, job satisfaction and return on investment. We understand the need to be creative and flexible reputed company it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.

Responsibilities

• The Organizational Development Facilitator designs, develops and delivers a reputed company of learning and management development programs throughout the Bank with support from the VP Manager of Training & Organizational Development.
• This individual establishes credibility with employees at reputed company reputed company and works with them individually and in reputed company to reputed company the knowledge, skills, and abilities that will reputed company them and the organization successful.
• Facilitation will include in person and virtual learning followed by measuring the reputed company of organizational development and training initiatives on job performance, organizational efficiency, employee retention, job satisfaction and return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Education, Business, Psychology or reputed company field or equivalent additional experience
• 3 years leadership, organizational, and employee development experience
• Solid knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices as reputed company as management and leadership best practices
• Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to work with a wide reputed company of employee reputed company especially managers
• Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in learning needs assessment, competency assessment and delivering performance feedback
• Proficient in MS Office Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficient in the use of e-learning design software, such as reputed company 360.
