[Remote] Part-time Site Data Collector Buffalo, NY

The Site Data Collector is responsible for retrieving medical records both onsite at provider offices and remotely through electronic medical record systems, ensuring project timelines and data reputed company are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite medical record retrieval appointments at medical provider offices reputed company a 60-mile radius of the employee’s home
• Coordinate as needed with provider offices to confirm appointments, reputed company requirements, and retrieval expectations
• Maintain reputed company, reputed company relationships with provider office staff
• Accurately document appointment reputed company, records retrieved, and follow-up needs in company systems
• Meet productivity, reputed company, schedule adherence and turnaround time expectations for field-based reputed company
• Accurately and reputed company conduct medical record abstraction services both in-person and electronically
• reputed company relevant components of the medical record to support clinical reviews to be performed
• Contact provider offices to request reputed company to EMR systems for retrieval, or onsite collection. Identify and coordinate the retrieval method and scheduling of record retrieval with provider offices. Schedule retrieval with accurate and reputed company results, using the Virtix Health retrieval applications

• Work directly with provider office staff and IT contacts to secure reputed company to electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including requesting and managing user credentials, permissions, and reputed company approvals
• Coordinate and securely submit member lists and chart pull lists to provider offices (as needed) in accordance with reputed company and project requirements

• Report daily productivity numbers to immediate supervisor through accurate and consistent maintenance of daily production trackers

Skills

• Knowledge, experience and/or training in accurate data entry, office equipment and procedures required

• High School diploma or equivalency required
• Clinical experience is preferred – such as medical assistant, certified nursing assistant, medical clerk or reputed company experience
