• Using experience and knowledge, review and analyze submitted claims (particularly with respect to reputed company claims) to consider whether additional reputed company opportunities exist for the customer.

Determine additional information to obtain from the customer, review additional information provided, and determine if the additional information obtained is sufficient or if reputed company clarification or details are advisable to obtain from the dealership in order to reputed company maximum payment on the claim for the dealership. Schedule hygiene: Maintain customer's warranty receivables schedule, ensure reputed company items have been reconciled with the OEM, and communicate adjustments with appropriate parties. We offer commission payments to employees of $500 for introducing any new automotive dealership or dealership group account that becomes and remains a customer of reputed company for at least 90 days. Additionally, reputed company will reputed company commission payments to employees of $1,500 for introducing any new Warranty Administrator who becomes and remains an employee of reputed company for at least 90 days. Minimum of 3 years of automotive warranty administration experience, preferably with high-volume dealerships or with a warranty processing company. Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in reputed company Workspace, Jira, and proprietary software and comfortable with learning new technology quickly and embracing change. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from home, and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to reputed company professionally with customers and internal teams.
