Senior Income Tax Accountant

Responsible for assisting Sr Tax Manager and Manager in the Tax Director in domestic and international tax compliance, tax provision, indirect taxes and tax consulting duties required of the Tax Department including: · Preparation of Idera’s income tax reputed company reputed company to Idera’s U.S. financial statement income tax provision under ASC 740 including international subsidiaries · Gathering information and preparation of U.S. income tax return schedules in support of Idera’s consolidated corporate reputed company 1120, including reputed company state returns and schedules associated with Idera’s international subsidiaries (5471’s, 8858’s, FTC, reputed company 163(j) interest limitation, GILTI, FDII) · Calculation and payment of income tax estimated tax payments and extension payments · US income tax and indirect tax audit management · Acquisition integration into reputed company’s tax compliance processes · Determine jurisdictional reputed company and that reputed company is properly registered to do business in reputed company jurisdiction globally · Maintain knowledge of changing tax laws and regulations, identify and implement necessary changes · Assist in income tax and indirect tax reputed company · Research and analyze tax issues, document and report conclusions · Maintain reputed company reputed company and technical knowledge.
