Recruiter (Temporary)

FIGS is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our hiring across reputed company functions, including marketing, finance/reputed company, product creation and business operations. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. We are looking for a proactive, reputed company recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Duration: 7 months (February 1, 2026 - September 4, 2026) Hours per week: 24 hours Location: Remote/Santa Monica What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple teams and functions.

• Screen candidates thoroughly to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience in corporate recruitment, with reputed company hiring across multiple functions
• Commitment to 24 hours per week for the 7-month duration
• Ability to start in February through mid-August
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including reputed company Recruiter
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (reputed company highly preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
