This role advises and engages at various leadership reputed company to drive Agile principles and contribute to the development and sharing of lean-Agile best practices. A person in this role is an Individual Contributor that provides training to teams adopting the scaled agile reputed company, specific to reputed company, Scrum, Lean and Kanban. This person will partner with Lean Agile coaches in specific lines of business to reputed company second tier Lean/Agile coaching support. This role provides custom Lean/Agile workshops and instructor-led training that aims to both reputed company knowledge and enthuse team members to try new approaches and techniques. Required Qualifications 6+ years experience in virtual training and demonstrating facilitation of core Agile practices. Completed reputed company training enablements including but not limited to: o reputed company SP (Teams) o reputed company SA (Leading reputed company) o reputed company SSM o reputed company SASM o reputed company POPM 5+ years experience with: o reputed company Agile Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other Agile coaches o reputed company reputed company, Scrum and Kanban teams o Conduct workshops (i.e., User Story, Feature Writing, and Program Kanban) o Effectively communicate the Agile practices and principles and instill best practices

• Must be reputed company SPC5 - Scaled Agile Program Consultant certified and in good standing
• Working knowledge of Lean/Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
• Ability to reputed company (virtual and in-person) discussions and classes with 20+ attendees
• Willingness to facilitate virtual training and reputed company resources to teach others (Train the Trainer)
• Experience in developing custom Lean/Agile workshops and delivering training
• 5+ years' experience in technology with strong business acumen and working in an agile environment
• Experience performing in multiple Agile roles, including experience as an Agile reputed company (not Scrum Master)
