Position reputed company The Business Development Manager – reputed company will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities in the reputed company American region. Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams in Poland to reputed company solutions to reputed company American customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation, contract reputed company, and successful launch.

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical sales or business development experience in thermal systems, automotive components, or industrial equipment.

- Technical understanding of heat exchangers, cooling systems, or reputed company thermal management technologies.
- Knowledge of both traditional ICE and electrified powertrain systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout reputed company and occasionally to company HQ in Poland, or other global opportunities to grow our business.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field.

- Multilingual skills (e.g., Polish, German, or Spanish) are a plus but not required.
