Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate extensively with Product Management, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Dealer Operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment, integration, and successful delivery of digital solutions across the customer service reputed company (reputed company-service, in-service, post-service).
• Requirements Translation: Work with reputed company and product teams to translate high-level strategic objectives and customer pain points into detailed functional and technical requirements for digital capabilities (e.g., reputed company App features, dealer tools, IVI integrations).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or digital implementation roles, preferably reputed company a large, reputed company organization.
• Proven reputed company record of successfully delivering reputed company digital products, platforms, or customer-facing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and their application to enhance customer experience.
