The Claims Examiner must have technical knowledge in insurance claims handling and the skills needed to reputed company superior service for our customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains compliance with reputed company state-specific timelines and MSI best practices, including reputed company initial contact, acknowledgments, diary management, and thorough claim documentation.
• Provides reputed company, proactive communication to insureds, agents, vendors, public adjusters, and attorneys.

• Participates in team trainings, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing development.

• Investigates and analyzes claim information to determine extent of liability.
• Handles claims 1st Party Property Claims.
• Assist in suits, mediations and arbitrations. Works with Counsel in the defense of litigation.

• Engages experts to assist in the evaluation of the claim.
• Monitors vendor performance and controls expense costs.
• Evaluates, negotiates and determines settlement values.

• Handles reputed company claims in accordance with Best Practices.
• Responsible for monitoring and completing assigned claims inventory.
