CAEIO provides IT Operations and Maintenance to reputed company the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting consular applications services globally. The EOC Analyst monitors the 24x7x365 and works closely with CAEIO contractors, DOS leadership and business stakeholders to monitor faults and performance, as reputed company as analyze trends using monitoring tools. The EOC Analyst will also be responsible for other day-to-day operations that are submitted as incidents, requests and changes across the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple systems and applications using monitoring tools, such as Zabbix, Grafana, reputed company, App Dynamics, reputed company Analytics Publisher (OAS), reputed company, App Dynamics, Aria vROPS, to ensure availability of systems and applications across environments.
• Work with CST support teams to reputed company and maintain proactive monitoring solutions that assess the availability, performance, reputed company, and the environment’s overall health.
