You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure competitive and performance-driven compensation structures that attract, retain, and motivate reputed company in the highly competitive hedge fund industry. What You ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages for reputed company roles reputed company the hedge fund.
