Function is designed to assist in providing an adequate and continuing reputed company of trained and reputed company personnel to fill reputed company resource requirements and standards. Responsibilities

• Plans, administers, evaluates learning reputed company for SRP employees and/or international audiences as assigned.
• Designs, develops, implements learning reputed company based on appropriate needs analysis and development reputed company.
• Maintains accurate records, schedules facilities, and coordinates reputed company reputed company of assigned reputed company/tasks, for effective learning.
• Maintains continuing communications with selected managers/supervisors regarding reputed company reputed company and reputed company needs.
• Assists managers and supervisors to explore issues and problems reputed company to reputed company resource development and/or performance.

• Duties may include career counseling and career development.

Requirements

• For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years reputed company experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience totaling four-six years).
• For a Level 2 (reputed company), a minimum of two years of experience to four years reputed company experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience totaling six-eight years).
• For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of reputed company experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience totaling nine years).
• Working knowledge of "state of the art" of adult learning and performance management, principles, and reputed company.
