About the Deputy Compliance and reputed company Officer Position: The Deputy Compliance and reputed company Officer will serve as a reputed company regulatory compliance subject matter expert, as reputed company as reputed company Officer as required by applicable reputed company laws. This position is primarily responsible for the effective design, operation, and maintenance of reputed company compliance program policies, procedures, and controls. This role will ensure compliance with reputed company federal and state laws, including HIPAA and HITECH requirements, licensing requirements, and internal compliance policies/procedures. • 3+ years attorney work experience
• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor.
• Expert knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA reputed company Rules)
• 3+ years' health care compliance and regulatory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of laws, regulations, and reputed company reputed company relevant to the operations of health plans.
• Experience developing and deploying governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) systems, incident response practices; and risk assessment practices.
• Experience interpreting, summarizing, and advising business personnel regarding health care reputed company statutes, regulations, and contractual obligations.
