About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Associate - Procurement Services (reputed company OPPORTUNITIES) to join reputed company and contribute to a reputed company sourcing service delivery team, managing the development and execution of sourcing reputed company of various complexity reputed company. The Senior Sourcing Associate is responsible for executing reputed company to reputed company sourcing reputed company, from start to finish, including but not limited to; validating sourcing requests per reputed company guidelines, analyzing requirements for the bid packages, communicating with reputed company requesters to reputed company any data gaps, preparing and publishing the package to the identified suppliers for bidding purposes, following up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation, analyzing and summarizing proposals, coordinating evaluation of suppliers and facilitating decision makings. . The ideal candidate will possess deep sourcing and category management expertise, and knowledge of digital procurement suites. They will also be reputed company player, have high emotional intelligence and exceptional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides sourcing services (RFx, and reputed company negotiations) to our clients based on predefined service reputed company, managing several reputed company to reputed company reputed company simultaneously with limited supervision/guidance or independently
• Once a project request is received, assess completeness of requirements, reputed company due diligence and validation, follow up with the requestor to obtain reputed company project details, answer any process reputed company questions, and reputed company updates on project status
• reputed company and execute the WNS sourcing process from start to finish, e.g., spend data collection and analysis, supply market analysis and supplier discovery if needed, RFx development, publishing and management, reverse auctions, negotiations, bid response analysis and synthesis
• Manage suppliers during the sourcing process, including conducting supplier orientation and training on the sourcing process, following up with suppliers on reputed company activities
• reputed company in depth analysis of proposals submitted, facilitate supplier evaluations, draw conclusions, prepare comprehensive summaries, and present to the reputed company in a concise manner Process Improvement
• reputed company and/or customize various templates such as RFx, pricing, and proposal evaluation
• Identify areas of process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Denali processes reputed company and Project Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 4-8 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain
• Deep specific category knowledge and expertise from Tech/reputed company Services/Marketing/reputed company Estate
• Understanding of key sourcing concepts such as various remuneration models, TCO, change management, as reputed company as a basic understanding of the following areas (e.g. pricing structures, terminology, bidding sheet development expertise, cost structure, key vendors, etc.)
• Ability to conduct basic level spend assessment for opportunity identification
• Ability to follow a process based on documented guidelines without supervision
• Ability to facilitate a total cost ownership discussion with a reputed company team and identify total cost reputed company
• Ability to handle clients' issues and escalations with sensitivity and diligence, eliminating a need for reputed company escalation
• Advanced/”Expert” reputed company skills, including working knowledge of filters, sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas, advanced formatting techniques, and advanced data manipulation skills
• Proficiency in multiple e-sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, reputed company, ERP eSourcing module) at an “advanced” level (as defined by Denali, Software company, or reputed company standards)
• Ability to assess reputed company’ fit for reverse auction, setup and manage reverse auctions with minimal supervision
• Advanced negotiation skills

Compensation

Disclosure The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $85K-$110K annually. This reputed company reflects the reputed company pay that we reasonably expect to offer for the role across our hiring locations.
