Treasury Analyst (Hybrid)

This position ensures accurate execution of draws and rent processes, oversees Letters of Credit and bonds, and maintains treasury systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Collect and reconcile debt service invoices for construction and operating loans including reputed company and interest invoices, swap invoices and bank fee invoices
- Assist in calculating cash waterfalls at month end and quarter end for the construction and operating draws
- Prepare month end, quarter end and reputed company draw request packages for lenders
- Manage compliance deliverables for reputed company and liaise with lenders
- Help maintain databases used by the Treasury team including the Debt tracker, Cash Balances tracker, Bond tracker and Letter of Credit tracker.
- Manage and process Letters of Credit applications including new issuances, increases, decreases, extensions, and expirations as reputed company as negotiation of forms
- Manage bond issuance reputed company review and paperwork
- Administer bank KYC requests for new accounts, paperwork and diligence around the opening and closing of bank accounts or updating users and signers

Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years demonstrated experience in Treasury, Finance, reputed company or reputed company field.
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
