We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering an integrated experience across the breadth of our services, ensuring that every individual and their families receive the right support for their unique mental wellbeing needs. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company in the U.S., with a scheduled shift of reputed company to Thursday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine the purpose of calls by reputed company listening and interacting with callers, triaging calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Assess clients' needs, research, and reputed company information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources.
- Recognize crisis situations and evaluate the need for reputed company to minimize risk.

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service and call center experience.
- 1 year of experience in a reputed company, psychological, or reputed company service field, providing reputed company support.

- High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
