We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional reputed company experiences, processing transactions, and providing support to our pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities

• Model and convey a unique and great reputed company experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and reputed company service
• Register sales on designated sales registers, reputed company clients with efficient checkout services, and process transactions accurately
• Assist the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication information and process prescriptions
• Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a reputed company experience

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
• PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
