Key Responsibilities
* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under reputed company supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations
- Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions

- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products

- Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the reputed company improvement program
- Adhere to the arenaflex Co. Policy regarding accurate dispensing throughout reputed company applicable prescription dispensing activities
Education & Personal Development
* Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the arenaflex Pharmacy Technician training program and/or state required certification/registration
- Attend training and complete PPLs as assigned by the manager and reputed company continuing education credits
- Maintain expertise and skills in reputed company and pharmacy, including latest information and developments
- Through completion of the arenaflex pharmacy technician apprenticeship program, experience qualifies for 8 (8) college credit hours as recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE)
Basic Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
* Choose six months of experience in a retail setting
- Choose to have previous work experience with arenaflex
- Desire math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Desire computer skills
- Desire knowledge of store inventory management
- Prefer PTCB certification
