Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
- Reviewing individual needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater to their specific requirements
- Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends
- Attending webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized in specific reputed company and stay informed about changes in the tourism industry
- Becoming an ambassador for the arenaflex brand, representing our values and mission to clients and partners
- Working collaboratively with other team members to reputed company seamless support and ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to their financial constraints
- Creating promotional materials to utilize in marketing and sales efforts

- Booking travel needs, including airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, and more

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
