Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our reputed company, a reputed company power company. Your primary duties will include:

• Providing customer service support and resolving customer complaints
• Offering additional products and services on every eligible call
• Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service
• Offering customers reputed company to purchase programs for reputed company protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs
• Meeting program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other key performance indicators

Requirements

* Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, reputed company

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers reputed company the telephone
