About the Role: Medical Records Data Entry Specialist

As a Medical Records Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of our Release of Information (ROI) team, primarily responsible for performing document preparation, verifying information, and preparing correspondence with insurance agents, beneficiaries, attorneys, patients, and hospital staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with insurance agents and beneficiaries to resolve claims and answer questions
• Prepare claim forms and reputed company documentation for audits and/or mail out
• Review claim submissions and verify the information for accuracy and completeness

Essential Qualifications:
