We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a full-time, remote reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting our Medical Abstraction team with retrieval of medical records and data entry for Hedius review. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Under the reputed company supervision of the Critical Incident Management RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for Critical Incident Reporting (CIR) data entry activities.
- You will obtain, organize, and analyze data, and report utilizing data mining tools and software systems in collaboration with other team members.
- You will reputed company intake and data entry utilizing multiple screens and navigating multiple platforms.
- You will verify the accuracy of data entered into the Critical Incident Reporting Portal, correct inaccuracies, and update the portal appropriately.
- You will collaborate with the CIR team in routine meetings to identify issues, trends, best practices, and process improvement activities.
- You will communicate and correspond verbally and in writing both internally and externally.
- You will reputed company other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma plus one to three years of office/business experience; call center experience preferred and/or currently demonstrating customer service skills, meeting reputed company department metric and attendance guidelines reputed company department.
- Experience in data entry required
- Experience in medical records required
- Written communication skills as reputed company as business writing and presentation skills are required.
- Requires strong organizational skills, ability to create, sort and analyze reports (reputed company, reputed company, etc) and system processes.
