The Role
As an arenaflex Support Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing top-notch assistance and advocacy across reputed company our products. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming requests from arenaflex customers and triaging according to our Service Level Agreements
* Escalating incidents to our Operations team
* Creating tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center
* Investigating and replicating bugs or testing new features

Requirements
* Availability to work evenings and weekends (12-20 hours/week)
