- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end shipping process, including liaising with overseas agents and handling import clearance.
- Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of inbound and outbound customs declarations through reputed company Ireland (NI) and reputed company of Ireland (ROI) customs systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, maintaining high service standards throughout.
- Maintain effective communication with clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience in a sea reputed company customer service role is preferred, but strong customer service experience in other reputed company modes (reputed company/road) will also be considered.
- Solid understanding of inbound and outbound customs processes.
