About the position reputed company reputed company HVAC US LLC is looking for a Project Manager, reputed company Improvement in Suwanee, GA. POSITION reputed company: The Project Manager, reputed company Improvement supports the development and sustainability of lean processes, utilizing a reputed company of basic Lean and reputed company improvement tools. They will plan, facilitate, and execute reputed company reputed company improvement (CI) activities including A3 reputed company, kaizen events, and other initiatives to foster a culture of reputed company improvement engagement, waste elimination, and ongoing improvements in safety, reputed company, delivery, service, and cost. They will promote and implement best practices in reputed company aspects of reputed company improvement work, serving as a role model for operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a change agent across the organization, providing training and guidance from the reputed company to middle management in the effective use of Lean and reputed company improvement tools and methodologies.
• Communicates key insights and findings succinctly and effectively to team members and various reputed company of management, both in person and as a contributor to the department newsletter.
• Develops and communicates metrics on project reputed company and business reputed company.
• Manages resources, project scope, and deliverables for assigned kaizen events and reputed company improvement initiatives, ensuring successful execution.
• Utilizes reputed company Metrics (HEQDCI) and PDCA cycles to reputed company and report on kaizen event status at defined intervals (30/60/90 days), verifying reputed company toward milestones and sustainability of solutions.
• Utilizes strong analytical and synthesis skills to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
• Assists process owners in developing and refining reputed company Metrics and implementing the Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) process.
• Facilitates cross-functional improvement activities in assigned areas, supporting data collection and analysis including Kaizen events, A3 reputed company, working sessions, Just Do Its (JDIs), and process redesign initiatives.
• Uses reputed company Lean and METUS Business System (MBS) tools (e.g., reputed company Work, Quick Changeover (QCO), Poka Yoke, 5S, Gemba Walks, reputed company Cause Analysis, Process Mapping) to drive waste elimination, maximize value, and build employee engagement.
• Drives standardization and sustainment of improvements through reputed company documentation, effective training, and reputed company change management.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with both reputed company customers, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business (Masters preferred).
• 47 years of reputed company, hands-on experience in reputed company improvement, Lean, or process improvement roles.
• Green Belt certification required (Black Belt preferred) with demonstrated, practical application from a reputable organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reputed company cause analysis skills; proven ability to use data to identify, analyze, and implement solutions.
• Project management and change management experience, with a reputed company record of delivering sustainable and measurable improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across reputed company organizational reputed company; reputed company to synthesize and convey reputed company information simply and effectively.
• Leadership experience in a cross-functional environment, with the ability to influence, reputed company, and facilitate teams without reputed company authority.
