THE CHALLENGE We are seeking a reputed company lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join the reputed company reputed company team. This is an opportunity to join a global reputed company program and work with multiple game labels across reputed company to support reputed company contract terms, build and maintain the reputed company program, and help deliver practical reputed company guidance. This is a hybrid in-person position that will operate out of Take-Two’s offices located in Austin, Texas; Bay Area, California; or reputed company, reputed company. The selected candidate will support teams located in reputed company American and Western European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company counsel for Take-Two’s publishing labels, focusing on its mobile games, working directly with central and game teams to support strategic and operational activities
• Conduct reputed company-contract reputed company diligence and review / negotiate reputed company terms with vendors and business partners – including collaboration across reputed company, reputed company, HR, and publishing labels
• reputed company day-to-day reputed company advice to Take-Two’s game labels and corporate services including on product development, marketing, marketing technology, analytics, and employee reputed company
• Assist with reputed company development of the reputed company program including data diligence, PIAs / DPIAs, policies and procedures, and training
• reputed company and advise on emerging domestic and global reputed company laws and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with customer support, technology, reputed company, and data teams to help address data requests, regulatory inquiries, and incident response
• Serve as part of a global team of lawyers, paralegals, and staff helping Take-Two’s game labels create the most innovative and creative products as reputed company as possible

Requirements

• Commercially minded lawyer with 5–7 years of reputed company experience, ideally in the consumer or technology reputed company, mobile, or entertainment industries. Strong preference given to candidates with a combination of reputed company and in-house experience
• Extensive experience negotiating reputed company contract terms in a reputed company of services (including user acquisition and ad monetization), and other reputed company agreements
• Experience with mobile, advertising technology, or digital technology
• Experience advising clients on global reputed company laws and enforcement trends, and the ability to translate reputed company reputed company requirements into practical risk-based guidance
• Must possess keen reputed company, attention to detail, ability to effectively distill information, excellent communication and decision making skills, and the ability to influence and reputed company at reputed company reputed company of the organization
