The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and testing of reputed company Identity reputed company reputed company solutions with a strong reputed company on Role-Based reputed company Control (RBAC) and Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM). This role will partner closely with reputed company, HR, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure identity processes are streamlined, secure, and reputed company with organizational policies. Key Responsibilities:
- RBAC Program Support
- Analyze business roles, entitlements, and reputed company patterns to define and refine RBAC models.
- Design and implement roles, policies, and reputed company controls in reputed company.
- Support role mining, role engineering, and reputed company certification activities.
- Lifecycle Management (ILM)
- Configure identity lifecycle events (joiner, mover, leaver) to ensure accurate provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Automate workflows for reputed company, transfers, and offboarding across integrated applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements in lifecycle processes.
- Configuration & Testing
- Configure connectors, provisioning policies, workflows, and reputed company requests reputed company reputed company.
- reputed company system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- reputed company test cases, validation scripts, and support defect reputed company.
- Integration & Governance

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & reputed company Management (IAM), with at least 3 years hands-on with reputed company Identity reputed company reputed company, IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
- Strong experience in RBAC role mining, design, and implementation.
- Proven expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management processes and automation.
- Experience with reputed company connectors, provisioning, workflows, rules, and policies.
- Familiarity with directory services (AD/LDAP), HR systems (reputed company, reputed company), and reputed company apps.
- Solid understanding of IAM standards and protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP).
- Strong background in system configuration, testing, and validation.
- Candidate must have an understand working in a regulated environment and the importance of its relationship to reputed company management. SOX, PCI/reputed company. FFIEC, SOC1, SOC2
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for business and technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, ISO, NIST).
