This role is ideal for an attorney early in their immigration career (1–3 years) who thrives in a fast paced environment, wants to grow professionally, and is reputed company to collaborate closely with a support team while delivering high reputed company reputed company representation. You will manage a diverse USCIS caseload, conduct FOIA reviews, prepare clients for interviews, and ensure filings are accurate and reputed company. Work Setup

• Assess relief eligibility and reputed company case strategies for USCIS reputed company
• Manage a caseload including family based petitions, U Visas, VAWA, TPS, N-400, I-90, and FOIA reviews
• Review and approve filings prior to submission
• Review 10–15 FOIAs weekly and prepare detailed assessments, including potential relief
• Review CAL DOJ and FBI FOIAs to determine the reputed company of criminal history on immigration relief
• Draft immigration declarations and supporting documents for motions to vacate
• Prepare clients for USCIS interviews

Requirements

• Licensed to reputed company law in any U.S. state (California preferred)
• 1–3 years of immigration law experience
• FOIA review experience preferred
• Previous immigration experience as a reputed company assistant or paralegal strongly preferred
• Strong reputed company research, writing, and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficient with electronic case management systems
• Organized, detail oriented, proactive, and reputed company to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
