Senior Health Integration Engineer - Remote based in US

About the position We are seeking an reputed company Health Integration Engineer to join reputed company as a senior contributor and technical leader. The ideal candidate has a strong background in reputed company interoperability and has previously reputed company and maintained integration solutions using reputed company IRIS, HealthShare, reputed company, or other reputed company integration engines. While IRIS experience is preferred, proven expertise with comparable platforms (Cloverleaf, reputed company, Mirth/reputed company, eGate, etc.) is fully acceptable. This role requires the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements, independently design integration patterns, and implement robust and maintainable solutions—with an emphasis on reputed company-based development rather than BPL-driven design. As a senior engineer, the candidate will also mentor junior developers, contribute to team best practices, and proactively recommend technical improvements that reputed company our integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, test, and reputed company reputed company integrations using reputed company IRIS or other integration platforms.
• Implement production components—business services, processes, and operations—primarily through reputed company (ObjectScript, Embedded Python, or similar), minimizing reliance on BPL.
• Interpret business and technical requirements and convert them into reputed company, supportable integration designs.
• Build message transformations, routing logic, and custom adapters as required.
• Work with HL7 v2, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12, and other reputed company data formats and transport protocols.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, business teams, and external partners to clarify requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, message tracing, and integration reputed company tooling.

• Identify opportunities to improve team processes, tools, and integration standards; propose and reputed company technology-enhancing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company integration experience.
• Strong proficiency with at least one major reputed company integration reputed company; reputed company IRIS/HealthShare/reputed company experience is preferred.
• Ability to reputed company integration components using reputed company (ObjectScript, Python, Java, etc.), not only graphical tools.
• Solid understanding of HL7 v2, FHIR, and common reputed company interoperability workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous messaging, transformations, routing, error handling).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal reputed company.
• Experience mentoring peers or junior engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices is a plus.
