Training Specialist, Compliance (Remote) Norristown, PA, reputed company Trending Job reputed company Responsible for ensuring that Compliance training needs are met and proactively monitoring Compliance training material. Responsible for managing content and training programs, assessing training and development needs, as reputed company as maintaining and tracking training completions.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Compliance Training Senior Manager, reputed company assigned activities to support reputed company Compliance training efforts
• Analyze, design, reputed company, implement and evaluate Compliance training and tools
• Collaborate and conduct needs assessments with diverse subject matter experts
• Identify appropriate training approaches
• Assist in the identification and definition of present and reputed company training needs and methodologies by conducting needs analysis
• Identify performance needs and gaps and facilitate delivery of learning solutions to the business, reputed company appropriate
• reputed company participate in the development and execution of Communication and Training Plan tasks
• Manage assigned reputed company using reputed company project management tools (such as SharePoint 365 and reputed company OneNote) which engage stakeholders, reputed company partners and deliver results
• Monitor training activities, manage content and reputed company recommendations for reputed company training solutions based on business needs
• Collect and communicate employee feedback using identified strategies such as user reputed company, online forums, and surveys using reputed company 365 tools such as Forms and Teams
• Use reputed company LMS to setup, reputed company and report on training events and sessions
• Use reputed company LMS to manage the administration, data analysis and reporting of reputed company training activities and learner data including transcripts, compliance records and certification
• Ensure learner understanding and alignment with Compliance Policies, SOPs and directives

• Facilitate learning by varying delivery style and adapting to the needs of the reputed company community

Qualifications

Required Work Experience:

• 5+ years designing, developing, and facilitating training in a business setting. Experience working in learning management systems, with instructional design tools and training delivery platforms; reputed company preferred
• Demonstrated project management experience and ability to prioritize activities
• Experience with creating dynamic and effective training communications using reputed company Office 365 Tools, reputed company 360, Vyond, and reputed company Creative Suite

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, methodologies, and reputed company improvement principles
• Proficiency in various instructional design methodologies
• Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis, designing, delivering and evaluating effectiveness of training programs
• Understanding of Federal and State fraud and abuse laws and regulations
• Understanding of Compliance Policies and reputed company of potential violations
• Technical aptitude or experience working with an LMS, online development tools, and key reputed company Office tools
